For Young People
Crescent Supported Living Limited offers a range of accommodation with support to meet the emotional and developmental needs of young people working towards independence.
The service is managed by a Level 7 qualified manager (Postgraduate certificate in Management) and Level 5 award in Health and Social Care, who is supported by trained professionals who assist the young people to gain the skills they need to succeed with independent living.
Crescent Supported Living has a variety of accommodation to meet individual needs. The properties are maintained to a high standard and staffed during mornings, evenings and overnight.
Staff will provide support with budgeting, preparation of menus (shopping and cooking), personal hygiene and laundry. Staff are at the premises during the mornings, evenings and overnight.
A "keyworker" is allocated to facilitate relationship building and mentoring. Staff also offer support with employment or training, benefit issues, Advocacy or with medical issues.
For Agencies
- We offer a simple referral process promising a quick response, competitive rates with flexible service agreements.
- We hold regular communication with the referrer or case holder and are always willing to act on feedback received.
- We are also willing to work with other professionals, agencies and providers to move young people on in a planned way.
- We use an external quality assurance consultant, and we also welcome quality assurance checks from referring agencies at any time.
